Symptoms
Droopyeyelid,pupilsizedisparity，oftenasymptomatic.
上睑下垂，瞳孔大小不等，通常无症状。
Signs

Critical.Anisocoriathatisgreaterindimillumination(especiallyduringthefirstfewsecondsaftertheroomlightisdimmed).Theabnormalsmallpupildilateslessthanthenormal,largerpupil.Mildptosis(2mm)andlowereyelidelevation(“reverseptosis”)occuronthesideofthesmallpupil.
昏暗处瞳孔不等更明显，特别是室内灯光变暗的最初数秒内。病变侧瞳孔缩小，开大的程度较正常瞳孔小。小瞳孔侧轻度上睑下垂(下垂2mm),下睑上移(也称反向睑下垂)。
